How do we select the peace promoters for our seminars Sport for Peace Promotion and Development?
exCHANGE FOR PEACE pays special attention to selection of its participants. They are selected by local partners in collaboration with eCFP. They must be active in promotion of peace and have proven leadership qualities. Ideal is, according to our experience, an age between 20 and 30 years. At that age the participants have already had the opportunity to show their engagement for peace and are motivated to promote peace also in the future.
